I successfully completed a comprehensive training course on Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED provided by the American Red Cross. This course equipped me with the essential skills to confidently respond to emergencies, administer critical first aid, and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for both adults and children. With a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical sessions, I am now proficient in using automated external defibrillators (AED) and can efficiently handle various emergency scenarios to provide immediate care until professional medical assistance arrives.

This transformative course was dedicated to the empowerment of women through the exploration of dreams, the harnessing of inner power, and the realization of limitless possibilities. Upon completion, I possessed a richer understanding of my potential, designed a toolbox of skills for personal and collective empowerment, and joined a network of like-minded women to support their ongoing journey of growth and transformation.

In this course, I was introduced to Dr. Aptheker's working definition of feminism, which she has cultivated and refined over her prolific career. I also had an opportunity to discuss the meaning and purpose of feminism with my fellow learners.

This course inspired me to find the root cause of a difficult problem and formulate viable solutions as a skill. I also learnt that the soft skills and critical thinking techniques that good problem solvers use can help anyone overcome complex problems.

This traininng gave me insight on the safeguarding process that protects children and adults from harm, abuse, and neglect. I learned about the duty of every staff member at a workplace to safeguard all staff and children and how to provide the right services to those who are unable to protect themselves from abuse, harm and neglect.

This course taught me how to develop myself continuously through self-awareness and effective feedback. Self-awareness is a skill that anyone can learn to improve with the right exercises and habits.

Through this course, I gained an in-depth understanding of the various facets of international arbitration through the analysis of its role as a mechanism of dispute settlement, its institutions, the fields of law it is applicable to, and, its most famous awards.

With this course I learned to choose and lead a mediation process with a deeper understanding of workplace and international conflict resolution system.

This course helped to improve my cross-cultural knowledge for successful business communication. I learned different email formats to analyze tone, formality levels, and various organizational styles. 

From this course, I learned to gain and apply my knowledge and understanding of personal and professional awareness, organization and commitment, and use the tools, methods and techniques that I have learned in goal setting, prioritization, scheduling, and delegation to overcome time management challenges and enhance productivity.

Mooting is basically an earnest attempt to Create, witness, and take part in a court proceeding and an exercise to learn the court crafts. In a moot court, an appropriate scenario based on an actual courtroom is created for the students to have a real-life experience.
